Shipping and Returns

For Australian customers, orders are usually dispatched within 1 business days via Australia Post and shipping is estimated to be 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and the shipping method (eg. Express Post).

We are happy to ship internationally. Please register with us (it’s Free) and then place the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart. From within the Shopping Cart menu you may click the ‘Estimate Shipping’ button to see how much the shipping will cost to your country. If an International Customer has any problems with the Payment Stage please contact us as we can easily fix this.

If we are unable to supply an item that you have ordered, we will contact you within 2 business days from when you placed your order to discuss your options.

Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision.

You must contact us via Email to request the authority to return a product. In this instance you, the customer, will be liable for all shipping costs.

Returned products must be unused, unmarked in any way, unwashed and fit for resale.

If authorised by SV-Vibrators, we may offer you a choice between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been incorrectly described or differ from the product purchased on the website, provided that you comply with the above.

Returned products must be unused, unmarked in any way, unwashed and fit for resale. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or give refunds for items that have been worn, washed or damaged or that have been soiled or smell of cigarette smoke or where the packing is badly damaged or missing.

If authorised by SV-Vibrators, we may offer you a choice between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been incorrectly described or differ from the product purchased on the website, provided that you comply with the above.

We will exchange faulty product by manufacture only, once the faulty product has been received back to our office for assessment. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

Should a product be faulty by manufacture, please notify us by email within seven days at admin [@symbol] sv-vibrators.com.au Goods cannot be returned without our prior authorisation.

We will package your order with the utmost care and ensure it leaves our premises under our stringent quality control processes. Should your order be damaged or lost within the freight movements, we are not liable. Please remember; you are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

Please note we cannot accept hosiery, body stockings, or G-strings or other intimate items for exchange or refund if the package has been opened.

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Whether exchanging or returning your order or item for a refund or exchange, please include the original packing slip so we can easily locate your information and also a note explaining what you would like us to do (refund or exchange) and any other information such as any faults you have found with the product.

CLEARANCE OR SALE items are not able to be returned if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping / postage cost of returning items to us for refunds or exchanges.
